Company Founded
In September 2005, Jarlway Xinxin Machinery Inc. (the Company) was formed with a registered share capital of RMB20 million injected by its ultimate holding company, Jarlway Holdings PLC, a company formerly listed in the AIM under the London Stock Exchange. The Company is located in Guangzhou, China, occupies 20,000 square meters. The Company owns 8,000 square meter workshop and employees about 200.
Rental Business Launch
In the year 2008, the Company commenced the rental business of tower cranes in the PRC's domestic market.
Technology Breakthrough
2009 was a key turning point. The company introduced advanced international lifting machinery technologies, independently developed flat-top and luffing jib tower cranes, and took the lead in applying frequency conversion control systems, greatly improving product performance and competitiveness.
Certifications & Global Expansion
Later, we obtained special equipment manufacturing licenses, ISO9001 and CE certifications, and built a strict full-process quality control system. We accelerated internationalization, exporting products to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, and won wide recognition from global clients.
